Production
Once the order and the deposit are confirmed, the factory produces the vinyl flooring in the agreed ranges.
Loading
The flooring is packed for transport and the container is made ready to sail.
At sea
The container travels by sea. We follow the process and stay in touch with you along the way.
At the dock
We let you know when the container reaches the dock. Once the balance is settled, we arrange delivery.

What people usually ask us
What is the minimum order?
We work by the full container. Within a container you can split the load across several designs; designs with an EIR finish require at least 500 m² each.
Can I mix several colours in one container?
You can. Each container may carry several designs, each with its own square metreage, thickness and underlay.
Which thicknesses and finishes are available?
We work with 6.5, 7, 7.5 and 8 mm thicknesses, IXPE or EVA underlay, and the option of an EIR finish (embossed in register with the design).
How long until the container arrives?
It depends on the factory of origin and the shipping route. We always give an estimated lead time with the quote, and we contact you again when the container reaches the dock.
How does payment work?
A deposit on placing the order, which confirms it, and the balance when the container reaches the dock — before delivery.
